Our Wellness Peer Mentors and counselors hosted Self-Care Bingo during both lunches to promote mental health awareness and encourage students to focus on self-care and wellness. 🎉
Students also showed their support by wearing green on Wednesday for Mental Health Awareness and received a special prize for participating! Thank you to everyone who helped spread positivity, support, and awareness across campus. 💚👏

Today during lunches in the Wellness Center, students participated in a mindfulness coloring activity designed to promote relaxation and stress relief. As part of Mental Health Awareness Spirit Week, students who joined the activity and wore a music-themed T-shirt received a special prize. Join us for the rest of the week as we continue celebrating Mental Health Awareness Spirit Week with activities and opportunities to support student wellness!
Oak Hills High School will be visiting Cedar on Tuesday, May 13, during both lunches for an Athletics Meet & Greet! This is a great opportunity for students to meet Oak Hills coaches and athletes, learn about sports programs and activities, ask questions, and get excited about future athletic opportunities. Be sure to stop by, say hello, and show your school spirit!
